began in Ecuador, working with my brother's RE/MAX franchise, my passion for real
estate truly ignited when I started assisting construction companies in marketing their
exceptional condos and houses.

Not only have I helped construction companies in Ecuador create effective marketing
strategies to rapidly sell their properties, but I've also played a pivotal role in
establishing entire marketing departments for some of them. Throughout my career, I
have collaborated with nearly 10 construction companies in Ecuador, each catering to
different target markets.

With a background in marketing and a natural talent for sales, I excel at understanding
clients needs and connecting with them on a deep level of empathy. Getting to know
my clients and their unique requirements is of utmost importance to me. I genuinely
enjoy spending time with them, building relationships that often extend beyond the
professional realm. It's not uncommon for me to remain friends with my clients, eagerly
