This Privacy Policy applies to all websites and domains of NOVAL SRL, including all regional or country-specific sites (collectively, the “Websites”). The Websites may provide links to third-party websites for the convenience and information of users. If users access such links, they will leave the Websites of NOVAL SRL, which does not control such third-party websites or their privacy policies, which may differ from the privacy policies of NOVAL SRL. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal data that the user chooses to disclose to unrelated third parties. NOVAL SRL does not monitor or control the information collected by such third-party websites, nor the third-party privacy policies, and is not responsible for their practices or the content of their sites.

NOVAL SRL uses this information to enhance the services offered, specifically to analyze trends, diagnose server issues, manage the Websites, track user movement and usage, and gather broad demographic information. NOVAL SRL utilizes demographic information optionally provided by the user (such as business type, business size, locations, etc.) to better understand user needs and interests, to deliver a personalized experience on the Websites, to process orders, and to enable participation in promotions (subject to the user's expressed marketing preferences).
Telephone conversations between users and NOVAL SRL personnel may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes, in which case the user will be notified at the beginning of the call.
Additionally, NOVAL SRL may record video footage of users via CCTV systems while they are on premises where NOVAL SRL has installed CCTV.
NOVAL SRL does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and the Websites are not directed at children under the age of 13.

Keeping your information secure
NOVAL SRL does not guarantee the absolute security of its servers. Users acknowledge that information provided through the Websites may be subject to interception during transmission over the Internet. NOVAL SRL ensures compliance with generally accepted industry technical standards to protect the personal data provided, both during transmission and upon receipt.
Confidential information received via registration or order forms (such as credit card details) is encrypted using secure socket layer technology.
When personal data is processed for marketing purposes or based on consent, we process such data until requested to stop, and for a brief period thereafter to facilitate the implementation of the request. We also maintain a record of requests not to receive direct marketing or to cease processing data indefinitely, ensuring future compliance with your preferences. When personal data is processed in connection with the execution of a contract, the provision of a service, or for a promotion or competition, we retain the information for six (6) years from the user's last interaction with NOVAL SRL. Financial information is retained for ten (10) years, or longer where a legal obligation so requires. Telephone call and CCTV recordings are retained in accordance with NOVAL SRL’s internal compliance procedures as established from time to time.
Business Transition
In the event that NOVAL SRL goes through a commercial transition or change of control, such as a merger and acquisition process by another company, or the sale of all or part of its assets, the personal information retained may become part of the transferred assets.
