About me

Sonia is a Senior Sales Executive at Noval Properties, the largest builder on the East Coast of the Dominican Republic since 2003. Originally from the beautiful island, she has lived and studied in New York and Barcelona before settling in Cap Cana, where she has happily resided for over 10 years. During her time there, she gained valuable experience working with Cap Cana Real Estate in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. 

Having a background in banking, Sonia has worked with renowned institutions such as Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup, Scotiabank, GSK, and the US Treasury, among others. However, her true passion lies in selling real estate. 

When she's not pursuing her real estate career, Sonia cherishes her role as a mother to two beautiful children. She finds great
joy in spending quality time with them and sharing the incredible experiences and high quality of life that their wonderful community has to offer. 

With her expertise in both small and large-scale investments, Sonia possesses an in-depth understanding of every corner of Punta Cana - Cap Cana, as well as extensive knowledge of the key players involved in major projects.
